Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
